ATU Congregation Ceremony Date – The Accra Technical University (ATU) 20th congregation ceremony dates and schedule for 2020 has been announced.

The management of the Accra Technical University (ATU) wishes to inform the general public and all graduands that the 2020 congregation schedule and dates have been released.

ATU Congregation Ceremony Date

It is announced for the information of Staff and Graduands of Accra Technical University, and the General Public that the 20th Congregation (Graduation Ceremony) for the award of Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Higher National Diploma (HND) and other certificates will be held as follows:

MORNING SESSION

Time: 9:00 a.m

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND)

• Faculty of Applied Sciences
• Faculty of Applied Arts
• Faculty of Business

AFTERNOON SESSION

Time: 12:00 noon

BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTech)

ALL GRADUANDS ARE TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING;

Graduands who have completed their programmes and wish to be presented during this year’s Congregation ceremonies are to ensure that all outstanding financial obligations to the University have been fulfilled.

GRADUATION FEE

1. Graduands under the following programmes are required to pay an amount of;

• HND – Gh¢220.00

2. Payment of registration can be done in one of the following modes:

Graduands are required to pay a non-refundable fee indicated above to any branch of Bank of Africa or Fidelity Bank.

OR

1. Dial the short code *389*288# to make your payment.
2. Deadline for payment of fees is Thursday, December 17, 2020.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Graduands who wish to be presented at the virtual ceremony will be required to register and upload a decent portrait (picture in a formal attire) using the students’ portal (icampus).

STEPS:

• Login to your student portal on icampus (https://icampus.atu.edu.gh)
• Click “Apply & Upload portrait for graduation” above the photo box
• Cross-check your details and upload a decent portrait
• Click submit application

The deadline for registration and portrait upload is Monday, 14th December 2020 @ 7 am.

COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES

Graduates will be updated on the mode for collection of certificates and souvenirs in due course.

The University YouTube channel (Accra Technical University) and Facebook page (ATU Xpress) are the selected viewing platforms for the 20th Congregation
