We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphic Designer & Visual Strategist

Description

As a Graphic Designer, you will combine your creative and technical skills in creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The goal is to inspire and attract the right audience. For this, you need to be creative and have a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

You will have solid digital, social media and PowerPoint presentation design skills and an excellent eye for design, modern graphic communications skills, a visual storytelling sense, and a strong interest in branding and marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

•  Develop corporate design guidelines
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Create social media assets
• Testing graphics across various media and platforms
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
•  Work with copywriters to produce a final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

•  3+ years related Graphic Design experience
• Excellent PowerPoint design and multi-media presentation skills is a must
• Experienced in social media branding
• Good typographic skills
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Experienced with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator,  Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Experienced in animation and moving images
• Website design and coding experience preferable
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Skills Required

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Experience as a Social Media Strategist
• Experience within the Public Relations/Communications/Advertising Industries
