We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities/ duties shall include but not be limited to the following:

Managing the recruitment and selection process
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance or other issues
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Nurturing a positive working environment
Overseeing and managing a performance be an added advantage
Ten (10) years of work experience in a reputable organization
Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)

Personal Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, quantitative, and analytical skills
Be innovative, proactive, and creative
Be computer literate in Microsoft office word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access etc
Ability to adapt to challenging working environment and working under pressure
Ability to motivate and drive growth appraisal system that drives high performance
