We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Personnel

• Number: Two (2)
• Work Station: KUMASI.
• WHO CAN APPLY: Males between 25 to 50 years, strong, of sound mind, good health, and poised for the Security job.

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Security Guard to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report. One who can maintain a safe and secure environment for residents/ employees.

Duties/ Roles/ Responsibilities

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
• Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
• Perform first aid or CPR
• Obtains help by sounding alarms.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

• Proven work experience as a Security Guard or other related position
• At least WASSCE Certificate.
• Team player and collaborative. Ready to work with all persons.
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills
