Contents
Job Title: Managing Directors Personal Assistant
• Free the Managing Director’s time from operational and administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks
Responsibilities/Duties
• Provides full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Managing Director, ensures smooth management of his day-to-day affairs. Handles sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Takes initiative as appropriate, especially in the Managing Director’s absence.
Qualifications
• Degree, in Business Communication or Administration or any relevant subject
• Experienced Personal Assistant at senior management level
• Demonstrated leadership skills and competency
Related Experience
• A good understanding of construction environments
• Previous experience working in a team environment
• Strong customer service experience
• Leadership and Teambuilding
• Strategic thinking and problem solving
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to manage upwards
Other Competencies
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and plan own work
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• A flexible, pro-active approach to work, including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
• Managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management & general administration at the Head Office.
Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• MBA in HR or professional certification in SHRM will be an advantage
• Human Resource & Administration or other HR executive with at least 8 to 10 years post-qualification experience
Related Experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resource practices
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Working experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
• Report writing, facilitation, presentation skills are critical
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership.

• Active listener with good negotiation and communication skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
