The Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED) management has released the schedule for the first congregation ceremony.

AAMUSTED Congregation Ceremony Schedule

Graduands of the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED) and the general public are hereby informed that the 3rd Congregation for the award of degrees, diplomas, and certificates to Regular, Sandwich, and Part-time students will be held in-person from Wednesday, January 8 – Friday, January 10, 2025, at the Kumasi and Asante Mampong Campuses of the University as follows:

How to Register for AAMUSTED Congregation Ceremony

Graduands who wish to be presented at the ceremony should log on to https://smgt2.aamusted.edu.gh/check_graduation to check their graduation status and register.

Graduands from KsTU Study Centre are to pay Graduation fee of GH¢400.00 into the bank account given below, and forward the pay in slip to 024 338 2908 for confirmation.

Closing date for registration is 12:00 noon, MONDAY, JANUARY 06, 2025. NO registration will be accepted after the deadline. Only those who have registered would be presented at the ceremony. Presentation on the dais will, however, be limited to postgraduates, first class and distinction registered graduands.

Graduands should collect their academic gowns at their respective Faculties.

Dress code for the Congregation is formal. For example, in the case of gentlemen, a tie and a shirt, preferably with a jacket.

IMPROPERLY DRESSED PERSONS WILL NOT BE PRESENTED AT THE CEREMONY.

Graduands should be seated at the Congregation Venues by at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time in their respective academic gowns.

There will be accredited photographers covering the event and graduands may obtain copies of their photographs at a fee.

Graduands are expected to produce their Clearance Chits and Student Identification Cards or any National Photo Identification Card to collect their Certificates.
