Vodafone Ghana Sponsors Two Female Engineering Students

As part of their ‘Women in Technology” agenda, Vodafone Ghana have endeavored to sponsor two of our female Engineering students. The initiative, will see Vodafone cover the tuition fees of the beneficiaries for the entirety of the 2019/2020 academic year.

The beneficiaries, both 3rd year Engineering students, are Ms. Mattah Adzo Klenam and Ms. Clara Nana Adwubi Acquaah, and in addition to the sponsorship, they will have the opportunity to undertake an internship with Vodafone Ghana immediately after the completion of their final year.

The major objective of this award is to encourage female engineering students to pursue excellence in their studies and then consequently provide female Engineers with a platform to pursue a career in engineering.

It is hoped that this initiative will serve to promote the realization of these objectives for some time to come and we are truly grateful to Vodafone Ghana for their generosity in providing such opportunities.
