Job Title: Automotive Business Development Executive/Manager
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales/profit forecasts are achieved by attaining agreed quarterly sales/profit forecasts
- Control expenses to ensure measurement of all incoming sales inquired and produce weekly reports
- Monitor Business Development department’s financial performance
- Set and monitor minimum monthly standards for sales appointment set and calls made
- Manage inbound dealership and service calls, including answering incoming sales call, setting appointments and escalating as necessary to sales and service team.
- Manage outbound sales and service contacts including but not limited to marketing campaigns, missed appointment phone calls, and appointment reminders
- Create and distribute monthly reports identifying results from workshop marketing
Skills necessary to be successful in the Business Development Manager role include the following;
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Analyzing metrics and ability to process report
- Automotive knowledge of the Sales and Service process
Qualifications
- Technical diploma in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
- Diploma in Business Administration
- 3 – 5 years of related Electric Vehicle automotive industry experience.
- Understanding of the basic financial and marketing techniques used to evaluate projects/products/markets.
- Business development history with an ability to engage in technical discussions with customers/partners regarding product and application uses.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- At least 3-5 years experience
Job Title: Automotive Garage Administrator
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to cash management, system/data maintenance and general administration in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
Reporting to the CEO, the Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to cash management, system/data maintenance and general administration in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
Key activities will include:
Cash management
- Ensure all monies received (cash, cheques, cards etc.) are processed promptly and securely in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Send credit accounts credit notes to customers in agreed timescales
- Ensure all outstanding cash debt is followed up and managed in line with UB procedures
General administration
- Maintain a systematic filing system for the easy retrieval of documentation and information
- Produce regular weekly/monthly reports as required by the UB Garage
- Manage stationery, office supplies, and opening/processing of post
- Provide admin support to the team
- Where applicable, set up and maintain employee records and payroll Customer
- Professionally respond to and deal with customer communication to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all members of UB Garage team to provide excellent customer service
- Liaise effectively with customers, and other key stakeholders
- Administer the accurate upkeep of customer database records (Check list)Â Systems and processes
- Support the business to achieve high levels of process efficiency and cost control
- Ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems
Qualifications

Job Title: Automotive Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities
- Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems of a car
- Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures
- Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems
- Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs
- Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems
- Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems
Qualifications
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering
- 3-5 years Experience with tracker record
