Job Title: Operations Manager
Role
Reporting to the Country Director, the role holder will organize, prepare, and control operations from land preparation, plowing, harvesting, and shipping (locally).
Requirements
- University degree in agriculture/agronomy.
- Previous experience in large scale mechanized farming above 1000 ha.
- Previous experience in a minimum of 3 of the following crops: soybean, sorghum, maize, cassava, as main crops and chili, okra, and onion as special crops.
- Large workforce management skills.
- Commercial acumen / customer relationship skills.
- Proactivity and problem-solving.
