What is Polk Parent Portal
The Polk parent portal is an online portal accessible anywhere on the web that parents can log in to and see all of their children in one place, their grades, assignments, scores, attendance, schedules, and school bulletins for each school your children attend. If you have one student in middle school and one in high school, parents will see bulletins for both the middle school and high school.
How to Access the Polk Parent Portal Login
To access the parent portal, follow the procedures outlined below.
- Visit the Polk Parent Portal: https://polkk12.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/
- Enter your state and district name to find your Polk login page.
- Login with your User ID and Password
Parents and guardians can monitor their child’s schedule, grades, lunch account balance, and even access file attachments like report cards, school supply lists, and more, all easily through the Parent Portal. You’ll need your student’s district password to use the portal.
How to Register for Polk Parent Portal
- Obtain a P.I.N. number for each of your students by visiting his or her school. This P.I.N. is unique to your student and only your student. Parents/guardians must show proof at the school in order to receive this unique P.I.N. number DO NOT share this P.I.N. number with others.
- Create a Parent Portal account, if you don’t already have one, by visiting https://polkk12.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/auth/ and clicking “I DO NOT have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal.”
- The form below will appear. Complete the form and click the “Submit” button to register your Parent Portal account.
*Important Note: Your personal email address provided at the time of registration will become your Parent Portal username. PCPS employees must use a personal email address. Do not register your account with your @polk-fl.net email address.

The Parent Portal also supports Konqueror on the Linux platform.
