How to Access Molina Provider Portal Login

To access the right portal option for you, select the state where you received the service.

Importantly, the Molina Legacy Provider Portal has transitioned to the Availity Essentials portal. Providers should log in and register via the Availity Provider Portal.

  • On the Availity provider portal, log in with your User ID and Password.

Always log off and close all of your browser windows.

How to Signup on the Molina Provider Portal

If your practice already uses Availity, simply contact your Availity administrator to request a username. If you don’t know who your administrator is, call Availity Client Services at 1-800-282-4548 for help.
