Job Summary

• Responsible for receiving materials, identification, storage, stowage and shipment to platform ships, suppliers, disposal or exports
• Responsible for documentation conference, documentation preparation of shipment, including serving in SAP to generate request and track cargo tracking
• Direct and oversee the organisation of the warehouse, internal and external area, as well the securing of load safely in containers and other containers
• communicate in a fast, clear and precise with internal and external customers by providing information and responding to demand
• Responsible for level 1, 2 data cleansing, classifying, matching, normalization and attribute value extraction for all spares / materials coming into MPSG O&M domain
• Responsible for level 3 data enhancements to ensure appropriate level of attribute information is available through additional research
• Liaises with Global Material Cataloguing in the management of the SAP material master function within MODEC group of companies
• Creates and maintains bill of materials (BOM)
• Assists Data Steward in the administration of supply chain team’s interface with Maximo and manage work as a single point of contact in relations to materials by managing all service requests in Maximo and MDS and providing solutions to application team
• Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project

Requirements/Experience

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or / Bachelor’s degree in Material Science
• Typically requires 7 to 10 years of related maintenance experience
• Experience within MRO function and spare parts planning
• Knowledge of CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, Amos
• Familiar with standardization and other inventory optimization techniques and have demonstrable skills in inventory control
