Our team approach to health care includes doctors, nurses, therapists, case managers and other allied health professionals.
Job Description

The medical doctor will be performing the following services to patients in the community:
·      Provide exceptional evidence-based care to our patients
·      Establish rapport with and build relationships with patients
·      Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection
·      Provide referrals to specialists based on patient needs
·      Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs
·      Document all patient notes in our electronic medical record system (EMR)
·      Maintain confidentiality of all patient information according to Ghana Medical Association guidelines and regulations
. Assist with hiring and recruiting other practitioners
Requirements and Qualifications
·      MBChB or MD from an approved medical training institute
·      Four to five years of post-housemanship clinical practice desirable
·      Must have been in good standing with the GMDC
·      Must have excellent client/patient relations and fully respect patient rights as provided for in the InnovoMD Patient’s Charter
·      Demonstrated continuous improvement and learning
