DAI seeks candidates for various positions on the anticipated project in Ghana focused on enhancing agriculture-led economic growth, resilience, women’s empowerment and nutrition in the Northern, Upper East, and Upper West regions of northern Ghana. The project will use an innovative market systems approach to increase agricultural productivity in select value chains, strengthen market linkages and strengthen access to finance while also building the resilience of households and the market system. The project is expected to benefit smallholder farmers working with maize, soybean, cowpea, and groundnuts.

Anticipated Positions:

· Deputy Chief of Party (prior experience on USAID-funded projects highly preferred)

· Private Sector Engagement Specialist

· Agricultural Productivity Specialist (experience with the following crops: maize, soybean, groundnut and cowpea)

· Access to Finance Specialist

· Agricultural Marketing Specialist (experience in contract farming/outgrower/nucleus farming: associations, producer groups)

· Business Enabling Environment/Policy Specialist

· Gender and Social Inclusion Advisors

· Finance and Operations Managers

· Grants Managers

· Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisors (strong digital experience highly preferred)
