Caveman Watches is a Ghanaian-owned, Accra-based watch-making company established on 12th December 2018. We are seeking a General Manager.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager
RESPONSIBILITY
- Design and oversee strategy and goals for growth
- Meet Targets efficiently
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Prepare regular reports and conduct presentations for upper management
REQUIREMENTS
- Innovative problem solver
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- BSc/BA In Business or relevant field; MSc/MA ls a plus
Salary: Ghc3500 to Ghc5000
