We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Tenement & GIS Officer
Responsibilities
- Management and updating the Lease Control database
- Liaison with site-based tenement administrators
- Completion of applications and submissions to the various government authorities
- Assist geology personnel to achieve compliance with the usual regulatory bodies
- Provide all relevant stakeholders with timely advice
- Grow strong working relationships with teams at site.
Skills highly regarded would be:
- Competency in Lease Control software
- Working knowledge of GIS applications
- A legal background or tertiary qualifications in Law or Geology desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to work with large multi-cultural teams.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail and record management.
