MUCG Collection of Certificates 2020

The Methodist University College Ghana (MUCG) has announced the procedures for the collection of certificates for graduates.

Students of the Methodist University College Ghana who graduated in 2018/2019 academic year are to note that their certificated are ready for collection with effect from FRIDAY JANUARY 24, 2020, apart from a few exceptions that are being worked on. The exceptions are:

1. BFA 2018 and 2019
2. Diploma in Music
3. Diploma in Information Technology
4. Deferred cases for both Under-graduate and Post-graduate programmes
5. Those on Supplementary list

The certificates are to be collected from the Academic Affairs Section, First Floor Room 5on the Administration Block.

MONDAY – FRIDAY

PLEASE NOTE; TO CATER FOR THE WEEKEND STUDENTS CERTIFICATES CAN ALSO BE COLLECTED AT THE SAME VENUE ON THE FOLLOWING SATURDAYS IN FEBRUARY:

Please bring along the following items:

1. Students ID Card
2. Photocopy:-

• Clearance from Finance Office
• Clearance from Library

1. Those who came for graduation should bring along the slip given after return of Academic Gown
2. Those who did not come for graduation should pay for the certificate fee at Finance Office and bring a photocopy of the receipt

COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE ON STUDENTS BEHALF

Items needed, in addition to those indicated above.

1. An Authority Note from the student
2. Photocopy of National ID Card of the person authorized to collect the certificate
