Are 2023 BECE Results Out?
NO, as of the time of writing, the BECE results for Ghanaian candidates are yet to be out.
Once the result is out, students can now check their 2023 BECE results all over the country. This year saw the largest number of registered candidates sit for the examination.
PREVIOUS STATISTICS
A total of 572,167 candidates made up of 287,730 males and 284,437 females entered for the examination. Among the registered candidates, 61 had visual impairment and 321 were identified with hearing impairment. In addition, 86 candidates had special assessment needs due to other conditions.
The total entry figure was 7.61% higher than the 2020 entry of 531,707. In all 18,028 schools presented candidates for the examination, which was administered at 2,158 centres. Out of the total number of candidates who registered, 7,315 (1.28%) were absent.

https://eresults.waecgh.org/ - Enter your Index Number.
- Select the Type of Examination (e.g. BECE School/Private).
- Select your Examination Year eg. 2023.
- Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card.
- Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card eg. 012345678912.
- Confirm your Index Number and Examination Year. This is to ensure that your examination information is correct.
- Click on Submit and wait for the display in the popup window. This may take several minutes.
