Duties
• Keeping financial records of the organisation
• Preparation of Financial Statements and Reports
• Preparation of Annual Budgets in compliance with statutory policies
• Preparation of reconciliation statements
• Advice on procurement transactions
• Any other tasks assigned by management
Qualification Required & Experience
• At least a first degree in accounting, or its equivalent, from a recognised institution
• At least level two (2) of ACCA, CA, etc.
• At least two (2) years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in accounting softwares
Job Title: Information Technology Specialist
Job Location: Accra
Job Description
The Ghana Science Association, located in Accra, seeks to recruit qualified persons to fill the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (I.T.) SPECIALIST position
Duties
• Manage, maintain and repair I.T. devices.
• Manage and maintain the Website of the organisation
• Uploading information on Website
• Assist in managing the publication of journals
• Managing the internet system
• Any other tasks assigned by management
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognised institution
• At least two(2) years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• High proficiency in information technology
Job Title: Security Guard
Job Location: Accra
Job Description
The Ghana Science Association, located in Accra, seeks to recruit qualified persons to fill the SECURITY GUARD position
Duties
• To be responsible for the safe-guarding of life and property of the organisation
• To be tactful and show a reasonable degree of initiative
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must possess at least the School Certificate/SSCE/GCE ‘O’ Level, or
• Must have served for not less than 3 years in a recognised private security organisation, or
• Must have attained the rank of constable in the Police Serve or Lance Corporal In the Armed Forces
